The automation of lighting, heating, blinds and motorized curtains is realized using Domintell Smart Home electronics. In the case of an emergency, Domintell GSM module promptly notify owners via SMS (E-mail) in order to to minimize the damage. The control of lamps is carried by DALI protocol. Brightness can be changed through the program using the slider in the iPad interface or wall switches in the form of modern LCDs or touch panels. In addition to the lamps, blinds and curtains can be opened / closed either manually or on a schedule or with the onset of dusk / dawn - by means of light sensor located on the terrace.

Access to more than 100,000 Internet radio stations is provided by Sonos multi-room players. Audio / video multi-room allows you to play any content from a shared network drive in different parts of the apartment. Also it allows access to the Russian content via VPN.

For surveillance system hidden IP-cameras are used, which make it possible to get video stream with a megapixel resolution.

In the apartment, Mikrotik equipment is used , ensuring the smooth operation of internal PC network and data security, which is key to the success of the stable operation of Smart Home control systems. The consistent coverage of Wi-Fi network allows you to watch HD channels and listen to your music anywhere in the apartment without breaks and interruptions.

Computerized audio / video multi-room and Smart Home management system are implemented on iPad tablet gadgets. Monitoring and management of the house can be done from anywhere in the world where there is access to Internet.
